Return and Refund Policy

At Jacbar Candle, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right.


Returns

We accept returns on unused, unopened, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or confirmation email).

Include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used candles
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • If you haven’t received your refund after that time, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damageddefective, or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of receiving it.

Email us at barkleyj@jacbarcandle.com with:

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging
  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue

We’ll offer a replacement or full refund depending on the situation—at no additional cost to you.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend returning the original and placing a new order.
